Cancellation Policy:

– Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
– After this period, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.

Guarantee Policy:

– A credit card is required for payment to guarantee the non-refundable, non-modifiable prepayment rate.
– Prepayment rates will be charged for the full price of the reservation 24 hours after the reservation is made.
– If payment is not received within 48 hours of booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
– Date changes to the reservation are not permitted.
– Cancellation results in forfeiture of the prepayment.
– The credit card used at the time of booking must be valid for the entire stay.
