On November 21, 2025, we invite you to an evening celebrating the art of Champagne and culinary creativity. The Lallier Masterclass – Bubbles & Oysters brings together the finesse of Champagne Lallier with delicate seafood and refined dishes designed to complement each cuvée perfectly.

Taste three distinctive champagnes, explore their character, and enjoy a menu crafted to highlight the beauty of each pairing. An evening made for couples, friends, neighbors, and hotel guests who appreciate fine taste and relaxed sophistication.

Champagnes served (2 glasses per cuvée per guest):

  • Lallier R.020 Brut

  • Lallier Rosé Grand Cru

  • Lallier Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru

Accompaniments:
Still & sparkling water, specialty coffee & tea

Menu Highlights:

  • Fresh oysters (min. 3 varieties) – live opening & explanation by Frischeparadies

  • Seared scallops with peppers, Grissini crumble & lemon thyme

  • Beef tartare with marinated egg & black truffle on crostini

  • Dubarry cream with dill salmon tartare

  • Camembert di Bufala tartlet with honey-truffle & caramelized walnuts (vegetarian)

  • Champagne cake & passion fruit mousse as a sweet finale

  • Macarons & petit fours on étagères
